Contributions to ADA-USA are voluntary actions for a common good. ADA USA will give merit, respect and account of every contribution, to gain donor confidence and generate project(s) attainability. We therefore declare that, all donors have these rights:

  • To be informed of ADA’s mission, of the way the organization intends and will use donated resources, effectively and efficiently for the intended purposTo be informed of ADA’s mission, of the way the organization intends and will use donated resources, effectively and efficiently for the intended purpose.
  • To be informed of the identity of those serving on the association’s governing board and to expect the board to exercise prudent judgment in its stewardship responsibilities.
  • To assure donors that , gifts and donations will be used for the purpose, to which they were given.
  • To have access to association’s financial statements and or financial reports.
  • To be given appropriate acknowledgement and recognition.
  • To be assured that information about their donations is handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by the law.
  • To provide due respect and ensure that all relationships with individuals of donor organizations and or individuals will be professional in nature.
  • To be informed whether those seeking donations are employees of the association or volunteers, employees or hired solicitors.
  • To have their names deleted from a mailing list that the association intends to share.
  • To feel free to ask questions when making a donation and to receive prompt, truthful and forthright answers.
